Each billing cycle you get two codes — an Access Code and an Activation Code. Enter them in the software to unlock your access for that period. Monthly codes are good for 30 days. Yearly codes are good for 365.

We charge 3 days before your renewal date so there's no gap in your access. Your new codes land at the same time — ready to go before your current ones expire.

Monthly is 28-day billing, 30 days of access per code pair. Yearly is annual billing, 365 days of access per code pair. Yearly works out to about $117/mo — less to think about and less codes to keep track of.

Yes. Any time. From your dashboard. No phone call required. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your paid period. Once codes are sent they're yours — no refunds, because they work immediately.

Yes. Monthly to yearly kicks in at your next billing cycle. Yearly to monthly queues up at the end of your current yearly period. No penalties either way.

We tell you. Right away. By email. We'll retry the charge over the following days, and you can update your payment method from your dashboard at any time. If it stays unresolved past the grace period, your subscription pauses.

Yes. One account, as many subscriptions as you need — each with its own name, plan, and billing cycle. Useful if you're running multiple locations or plotter stations.
